She started with Data Foundations for AI and, after completing it, enrolled in Machine Learning in Practice. The pacing across both courses — six then ten weeks — let her study around a demanding job without feeling like she was falling behind.
Outcome
Suraya built a turnover prediction model using her organisation's anonymised data as part of her final project. Her team now uses the outputs in quarterly planning. She moved into a People Analytics Lead role within four months of completing Course 2.
